The 2009 conference will take place in Florence on 5 and 6 June in collaboration with the Istituto Italiano di Scienze Umane (SUM) (Italian Institute of Human Sciences), the Istituto Universitario Europeo (European University Institute), the Dipartimento di Diritto Privato e Processuale dell'Università di Firenze (Department of Private and Procedural Law of the University of Florence), and the Persona e Mercato Associazione di promozione sociale.
